We often hear the phrase " Big data". Ever since we started using electronic devices and those embedded with computing power, we started generated a regular pool of data - both personal and transactional. Today the number of people having electronic device capable of producing and processing data is on the rise and the number of business transaction that happen via these devices is also increasing. The concept of "Big Data" simply states that sum total of such data produced across all devices is not only huge and but also may be useful in deriving insights. That is the rationale behind all the fury over Big Data in the contemporary world.
